POLINER Ink fountain liners for Heidelberg presses equipped of unit CPC -1- 04 control units. Now available the new type SM CD with narrow nip and simplified bends for the new presses CD series (available on demand with cut corners - code CD/CC).

Duct Foils (ink fountain liners) for Heidelberg Presses with CPC-1 systems manufactured with 190 micron milky bi-oriented polyester. Produced also in 250 micron and 350 micron for very long runs. The top quality of Poliner is the resistance to chemical, mechanical and thermal press conditions to permit long life to the liner manufactured to original equipment standard. The special shape enables the liner to be easily fitted, thus avoiding washing down at the end of each run. Available in the below stated versions:

Thickness 190 my is suitable for standard runs,thickness 250 my for long runs or with aggressive inks. On special request available also thickness 350 my for very heavy usage. The ALL-types (manufactured with an adhesive aluminum stripe) are suitable for abrasive, metallic and UV inks .
