Roller Re-covering Program

We will re-cover your old rollers. Send your old rollers to us and we will cover them with the same rubber compound we use on all our new rollers. We use unique processes to apply the rubber to the core and to vulcanize the compound.

The roller exchange program ensures new rollers shipped to you with out any time delay. Our Roller Exchange Program, unequaled in the industry, means that you do not have to wait with your presses idle when you need a roller. And you can reduce your roller inventory.

All of the rollers in our exchange program are shipped press ready, which means they are fitted with new bearings. Just take them out of the box and put them directly on to the press.
